1. Tujuan

Maklumat anda digunakan hanya untuk memproses tempahan katering: kelulusan permohonan, penyelarasan dengan pembekal, dan rekod jabatan.

2. Maklumat yang dikumpul

Nama, bahagian/unit, butiran acara (tajuk, tarikh, masa, lokasi, bilangan peserta, sesi dan menu), permintaan khas, serta keperluan diet/alergi jika dinyatakan.

3. Siapa menerima maklumat anda

Urus setia dan pegawai pelulus SaBC; pembekal katering panel yang terlibat (melalui pesanan WhatsApp pengesahan); penyedia perkhidmatan emel notifikasi; dan penyedia hosting sistem. Maklumat tidak dijual atau dikongsi untuk tujuan pemasaran.

4. Simpanan

Rekod tempahan disimpan selagi perlu untuk pengurusan tempahan dan rekod jabatan, selaras dengan dasar pengurusan rekod kerajaan.

Food and Beverage e-Booking System · Sabah Biodiversity Centre (SaBC)

1. Purpose

Your information is used only to process catering bookings: approval, supplier coordination, and departmental records.

2. Information collected

Name, division/unit, event details (title, date, time, venue, headcount, sessions and menus), special requests, and dietary/allergy needs if provided.

3. Who receives your information

SaBC secretariat and approving officers; the appointed panel caterer (via confirmation WhatsApp message); the notification email provider; and the system hosting provider. Information is never sold or shared for marketing.

4. Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for booking management and departmental records, in line with government records policy.

For enquiries, corrections or withdrawal, contact the e-Tempahan Secretariat, Administration and Finance Division, Sabah Biodiversity Centre.
